WHO WE ARE!

Self Storage Stewardship, Inc. was started to increase the impact of time, talents, and resources through owning, operating, and investing in self storage. We help individuals and families grow in the stewardship through sharing knowledge and access to investment opportunities to grow passive income and create generational wealth.

Andrew is a former licensed Structural Engineer who transitioned from a 12-year degree to invest in real estate full time. He started on the traditional path of school with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech. Beginning in 2015, he began pursuing real estate beginning with multi-family residential properties and the occasional single family house flip. He transitioned to self storage investing to accelerate his timeline due to the greater efficiency of commercial real estate. Within a year of diving into the world of self storage, he was able to leave his W2 position as a Structural Engineer to focus on real estate and has now closed on several facilities in the Southeast and looking to acquire more in the upcoming year.

He is passionate about helping as many others achieve their goals in self storage to be good stewards of their time, talents and resources. He started a coaching program to walk others through the step-by-step process that he utilized to buy his first self storage facility He has completed multiple specialized training courses and high level coaching programs and participates in several masterminds to bolster his knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate, specifically self storage.

He has experience as an investor in syndications including multi-family apartment syndications and self storage as an active and passive investor and is familiar with more complex real estate strategies including self directed IRAs, solo 401ks, 1031 exchanges, cost segregation and the Infinite Banking Concept.
