Andrew is the CEO and Founder of Self Storage Stewardship. He has completed multiple specialized training courses and high level coaching programs and participates in several masterminds to bolster his knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate, specifically self storage.
Andrew is a licensed engineer with over 12 years of experience and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech. Beginning in 2015, he began pursuing real estate beginning with multi-family residential properties and single family house flips. He has experience as an investor in multi-family apartment syndications, self storage, teak parcels and more complex real estate strategies including self directed IRAs, solo 401ks, 1031 exchanges, cost segregation and the Infinite Banking Concept.
He has recently left the engineering field completely to solely focus on investing in real estate. He is now focused on running systems to find, analyze, acquire, and manage self storage assets in North Carolina and Virginia.
Andrew has always had a passion for teaching and desires to not only help others be good stewards of their time, talents and resources, but also to pass along the knowledge and experience he has acquired along his journey.
